Tickets for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 will officially go on sale at 6:45 PM IST on December 11, marking one of the biggest moments for cricket fans across India and Sri Lanka. The tournament, jointly hosted by both nations, will begin on February 7, 2026, and promises an action-packed cricket festival with 20 teams competing across 55 matches.
In an effort to make the World Cup accessible for all fans, the ICC has announced extremely affordable pricing for Phase 1 of the ticket sales. In India, ticket prices begin at ₹100, while in Sri Lanka they start from LKR 1000, making this one of the most budget-friendly global cricket events ever.

T20 World Cup 2026 Format & Groups
The tournament sticks to the same format used in 2024, with teams divided into five groups of four in the first round. The top two teams from each group move into the Super Eight stage.
